Training and development is marketed under Thrive Drive and forms the backbone to the pro-active networking practiced in the clubs.  Some would say every day is a school day at Thrive because business knowledge and experience is shared freely throughout the membership and that's certainly true. But sometimes a more formal approach is required and this is where Thrive Drive comes in.

Thrive Drive is a series of seminars on networking skills and business management. Whether you are very experienced or brand new to the game Thrive has lots to teach you and these seminars are promoted to members and visitors alike.
