Thrive for Property!
Thrive’s family of clubs is extending with the foundation of a customised network for property professionals and is intended for anyone with a business in, or associated with property.
Chara, the Glasgow-based club, meets at The Brian Maule Restaurant on West Regent Street on the first and third Wednesday of each month.
Rana, the Edinburgh-based property club, meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, 28 Queen Street.
Categories are open to architects, surveyors (of every kind), property developers, interior designers, landscape architects, estate agents, banks and building societies, furniture suppliers, venture capitalists, property solicitors, insurance brokers, commercial builders, planning consultants, mechanical and electrical engineers, project managers, environmental consultancies, overseas property companies, building material suppliers, service companies, health and safety consultants, engineers, property recruitment consultants, house builders, scaffolding companies, demolition firms, plant hire companies and a wealth of others whose skills and services are geared towards the property business.
Unlike existing Thrive clubs the property network will not be limited to just one representative of each category but instead share a mix and blend of property focussed companies. However, they will follow a similar format of alternating between two types of meetings.
The private meeting will provide members with the opportunity to present their services and request introductions in the same manner that private meetings operate at the business clubs.
The public meetings will provide members with the opportunity to hear guest VIP speakers or visit exciting properties for a show around as arranged.
