Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all memberships across the series whether taken out together or separately.
2. The signature confirming agreement covers all memberships regardless of the date at which they are taken out.
3. Each Thrive Member must pay the appropriate fees either yearly in advance or monthly by direct debit.
4. These fees may be increased by Thrive in its sole discretion from time to time. In the event of a Member resigning or being expelled, no refunds will be due or given.
5. The term of each membership is one year and thereafter is on a rolling monthly basis with a 3 month notice period. Memberships may be resigned any time after the 12 month commitment has been honored; therefore the minimum term of membership is 15 months.
6. Resignations must be made in writing and each membership is treated separately in the case of multiple memberships running concurrently. If resignation is not given in writing, the fees for that membership will continue on a month by month basis until the membership is resigned in writing.
7. Memberships may be transferred to other clubs at any time although a transfer charge will be applied.
8. Membership is corporate in all instances and belongs to the named company that pays the membership fee. Any member of staff from that company may attend the Thrive meetings to represent that company in the Thrive Club to which that company has membership.
9. Fees for events are non-returnable or refundable in the event of cancellation.
10. Thrive reserves the right not to renew membership.
11. Members may invite visitors in any business category to Thrive Public Meetings. All visits must be booked and paid for in advance via the website or the Thrive office.
12. Each signatory to these Rules hereby agrees to observe the codes of conduct in respect of the date protection act and the Thrive Membership database and promise to not set up another networking/business referral group or organisation in the United Kingdom during the membership and
within 1 year of leaving the club.
13. Thrive shall in its absolute discretion have the power to expel any Member of any Club whose conduct or performance (whether by act or omission) it considers to be contrary to the best interests of that Club, of Thrive or of the Thrive brand generally. Breach of any of the terms of these Rules may result in expulsion.
