At Thrive we believe strength lies in differences, not in similarities. Each of our clubs is made up of individuals from a variety of sectors and disciplines willing to share ideas and contacts in an unrivalled atmosphere of talent and enthusiasm. Our aim is to take the chill out of cold calling and open the door of opportunity for every member – and all for less than the daily cost of a book of First Class stamps.
How it works
The Mix
Thrive’s secret to developing new business for our members is dependant on the mix of companies in the clubs.
Therefore membership is open to businesses of similar size and stature to ensure there are mutual benefits of equal proportions for all.
Each club is restricted to one representative from each category - such as one bank, one insurance broker, one accountancy practice etc. This unique approach allows members to concentrate on following up new leads or generating referrals for other members without worrying about competition.
The Method
Each club has a relaxed but organised approach to ensure maximum benefit is gained with the minimum of fuss.
Members elect their own Chairperson and run their own meetings, which ensures everyone has an equal opportunity to showcase their talents.
We believe successful business is built on friendship so by creating an atmosphere of co-operation and trust members can tap into the rich seam of each other’s contacts and client base.
Every business has to make new contacts to succeed and grow. Standing still is not an option. We all have to Thrive to survive.
