Amanda Kremer
As the founder and Managing Director of Thrive, Amanda is passionate about business.
Her background in sales and experience of various businesses in which making contacts is not only desirable but vital to success has given her a unique knowledge of what works – and what doesn’t - in the sometimes difficult world of networking.
Since launching Thrive in March 2005, Amanda’s ambition and infectious talent for networking has succeeded in growing the company to its present size of 11 clubs in little more than a year.
Away from work Amanda is a well known figure on the Scottish jive and tango scene - but she has made sure that Thrive and its members dance to their own beat when it comes to creating a friendly but highly productive way of doing business.
Anna Wilkie

As Business Development Executive, Anna is responsible for recruiting visitors from across the west coast to try out Thrive's business, property and techinical clubs in Glasgow.
Originally from Yorkshire, Anna spent the past year working in Nice doing social events, promotions and teaching English. As a graduate of University of Edinburgh, she decided to return to Scotland and soon discovered Thrive through the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
Formerly a Thrive intern, Anna quickly proved that she had the motivation and enthusiasm we needed and so it was meant to be, and we snapped her up instantly. Her eagerness, wits and cheerful disposition make her a delightful addition to Thrive.
Rochelle Massyn
Being our Thrive Office Manager, Rochelle makes it all run smoothly. From a financial and administrative side to website management, she's the lady .
Born and raised in South Africa, Rochelle has been travelling from Ireland to Surrey where she has built up management skills in all and any environment. Working with a vast number of people from different backgrounds, she has proven to be a more than capable addition to our office.
Studying LLB Law through the University of South Africa, her diverse experience ranges from property consultancy, BA Fine arts studies and co-ordinating big events to being a devoted equestrian who's travels bought her to Edinburgh where Thrive discovered her. We are now happy to have Rochelle, our sunny South African as a part of our Thrive team.
