Amanda Kremer
As the founder and Managing Director of Thrive, Amanda is passionate about business.
Her background in sales and experience of various businesses in which making contacts is not only desirable but vital to success has given her a unique knowledge of what works – and what doesn’t - in the sometimes difficult world of networking.
Since launching Thrive in March 2005, Amanda’s ambition and infectious talent for networking has succeeded in growing the company to its present size of 11 clubs in little more than a year.
Away from work Amanda is a well known figure on the Scottish jive and tango scene - but she has made sure that Thrive and its members dance to their own beat when it comes to creating a friendly but highly productive way of doing business
Anna-louise Teasdale
Having just finished an MSc HRM with a passion for events and networking, Anna-louise is the Business Development Executive for the Edinburgh General Business Networking Clubs, as well as Technology and Innovation.
Anna-Louise organises each event from start to finish, booking appropriate speakers and Expert Panel Members, selling visitor tickets, promoting and hosting the events/seminars, as well as managing current accounts and cultivating new memberships and relationships.
Ola Lopatowska
Ola is our Business Development Executive for Glasgow, graduating in 2007 from The Robert Gordon University with a BA (Hons) in Corporate Communications.
Ola looks after our Glasgow Members and hosts all the Glasgow Business Networking Events and Seminars. Her friendly, bubbly personality and excellent people skills mean she is a welcome addition to the Thrive team.
Helen Gillespie
Helen is Thrive’s outgoing and dependable Office Manager.
Originally from the Highlands, she moved to Aberdeen to study at The Robert Gordon University and graduated with an Honours Degree in Applied Social Sciences. Since then Helen has indulged her passion for travel and has lived around the world, including France, Australia and New Zealand. Now she is loving life in Edinburgh and enjoying being part of the Thrive team
At Thrive, Helen helps the team stay organised and ensures the smooth running of the office.
Hannah Kammerer
Originally from Maine, USA Hannah came to Edinburgh Napier University as an exchange student and fell in love with Edinburgh.
We are delighted to have her as our Marketing Development Executive as her key interests are in public communications and relations.
